Antique 19th C. Surrealist Gouache Landscape, Framed (from Joseph Jefferson Collection). Rare antique surrealist/expressionist landscape in gouache on paper. Housed and matted under glass in a gilt frame with a weathered painted wood inset trim. Not inspected out of the frame. The painting appears to be in very good condition with a small crease in the upper right corner. The frame is in used condition with cracks in the gesso. Please refer to the pictures for details. The correspondence between the previous owner and the estate are attached en verso.
