Antique 18th Century Italian Still Life with Flowers in Ripple/Basketweave Frame. Old Masters style still life with flowers oil painting on a black background. Housed in an Italia ripple key frame with basketweave detailing. Reddish undertone on a ebonized wood frame. No signature found on painting. Craquelure is present on canvas. The painting looks like it was placed in newer stretcher bars at one point. Old wormwood holes are present on the frame itself. Please refer to pictures for details. Frame is in good condition with wear consistent with age.
