A remarkable issue of the legendary avant-garde journal Cahiers d’Art, dedicated to the 1937 Paris Exposition. Founded in 1926 by Christian Zervos, Cahiers d’Art championed modern art through its bold formalism, striking typography, and rich photographic reproductions, bridging contemporary and historical works. This edition features stunning photography by Hugo Herdeg and essays on architecture and national pavilions, including contributions on designs by Alvar Aalto, Josep Lluís Sert, and others.

Some wear and creasing to covers; spine shows wear (binding remains sturdy).
